may i request your office to pls. monitor your branch office here in Legazpi specifically your office here in Gogon area.I am one of the thousand of business owner who patronizes your products. I decided one day to request for a medium size refrigerator(they assure me that they will grant my request but i just have to wait for about 3 weeks and i waited).But it really took me a very long time before they gave my request(and still i'm trying to be civilized with them)...it took me i think 1 year or so...today September 9, 2014 at about 2:00p.m they delivered the reff that I've been waiting...i felt good with the news but when i got to my store i found out that the size of the reff they delivered to me is not the original size that i requested. i questioned the manager but i was not really satisfied with the replies he gave to me......i just really felt that there is something wrong happening and i felt that i was insulted and he really touched my EGO!.....my i request the main office of PEPSI Cola to pls. take an action with my sentiments..I was really really disappointed on how they treat their clients.....very poor customer service...and for sure if they continue this BARBARIC kind of attitude they can affect the name of your company....thank you!...
